Thank you for being here.
This week, an intimate chat, sharing lots of details + truth of my own life's journey lately.
After starting my year writing my goals, and feeling fresh, hopeful, inspired, I quickly noticed that I was already falling into a pattern that I had been repeating for far too long. (Pouring all of my life force energy into something that clearly depleted me, leaving no room for myself....yet alone creative mastery + follow through with my dreams and goals.)
It was time to make a change, and I actually really did, ......... finally
(After many years of doing the opposite.)
A reminder to myself and to you, these things come in layers, do be gentle with yourself if you take a step back… there is always another chance to choose again.
I hope my story helps you love yourself if you also see the same pattern repeating for years on end, and also open up to the bright possibility of a higher timeline.
Choosing differently in the places that you so deeply know you must.
Frequency is the highest currency. Prioritize your wellness.
